PROGRAM INFORMATION
The fifth grade Snowsports Passport is very similar to the Earn Your Turns passbook, only better! Every downhill and cross country ski area is contributing at least one free lift ticket, and many of them are contributing two or three free lift tickets for your fifth grader. These tickets are valid any day of the season. Every area is also including one additional offer; these include savings on first-time and beginner lessons and equipment rentals for your fifth grader, savings on lift tickets and trail passes for parents and siblings, and more. HOW TO GET YOUR SNOWSPORTS PASSPORT
To receive a Snowsports Passport, simply complete a Passport application and mail it, along with a copy of your fifth grader's report card and a check for $20 to cover postage and handling, to Ski NH. Passbooks will be mailed out starting in December.
APPLICATION
Not only will you and your family be on your way to enjoying all that New Hampshire's winter resorts have to offer, but you'll be helping kids suffering from serious illness at the same time. Ski NH will be donating $5 from each Snowsports Passport to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire. This organization has brought joy to more than 500 children who have a life threatening medical condition. Click here to visit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire's website.
Have you participated in the 5th Grade Snowsports Passport program, do you have other children who have participated? Want to share your experience with the program? SPREAD THE JOY OF SKIING!
Please pass along this information to friends and families that you know have a 5th grader. Feel free to make copies of the application and give it to any person or organization that wants to help families get active during the upcoming winter -your friends, your child's fifth grade teacher, your town rec department, your PTSA, your school's ski program coordinator, or youth groups like Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts or your church youth program.
