SNOW TUBING OFFERS ANOTHER FUN WAY TO PLAY ON SNOW

NORTH WOODSTOCK, NH, DECEMBER 2007 - During recent years snow tubing has continued to grow in popularity at Ski NH resorts as a simple, fun way to slide on snow.  Snow tubing is as easy as sitting down and letting gravity do the work.  Even if you've never seen snow before, your first tube ride can be a fun one.  Tubing facilities vary from ski area to ski area, with some offering straight, high speed runs, while others offer twisty banked runs.  Many of these areas also have a dedicated lift serving the tubing area to quickly get you back up the hill for another run.

Cranmore, North Conway

·         Arctic Blast Tubing Park - Cranmore offers a lift-serviced snow tubing park open Thursday-Sunday and holiday periods.  Guests can enjoy snow tubing during the daytime or keep going until 9pm under the lights on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and some holiday dates.  Tubers can also purchase a season pass for tubing allowing unlimited access to the park all winter.

Granite Gorge, Keene

·         Granite Gorge offers a snow tubing park serviced by the Wondercarpet Lift.  New this year are two-person snowtubes, allowing for tandem tubing.  Snow tubing is offered Wednesday-Sunday.
